Carole Dehmel, DVM

Dr. Carole Dehmel graduated from St. George’s University and finished her clinical year at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. 

Upon graduation she worked in small animal practices in Nashville, TN as a general practitioner and relief veterinarian in emergency clinics prior to moving back to Indiana. 

Dr. Dehmel has been searching for more ways to enrich patients' lives when traditional medicine was limited. She is currently studying acupuncture at Chi University and hopes to bring acupuncture to our clinic once certified. She feels fortunate to have this opportunity to grow as a doctor and offer more treatments and supportive care to her patients.  

She enjoys internal medicine and dentistry and is Fear Free Certified.

Outside of work she enjoys running, climbing, gardening, travel, backpacking and hiking. She loves taking walks with her dogs Drax and Banjo. She also shares her home with two cats, Percy and Pickles.
